FirstVet is the first truly digital veterinary clinic. We let pet owners meet with licensed veterinarians via their mobile or computer. The role

FirstVet is growing in Sweden and we want to get in touch with dedicated pharmacists who are passionate about helping people and pets. As a pharmacist at FirstVet, you are an essential part of the organization and will be responsible for providing the best possible service to our clients who need support and information about prescriptions.

You will be responsible for handling and maintaining RX products for our customers who have been in contact with veterinarians via the video service. In this role, you will be an important part of the e-commerce team, as well as the warehouse team. FirstVet headquarters is located in the city of Stockholm. This position is based in our warehouse in Arlandastad, north of Stockholm.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing orders of prescriptions and expediting RX products to our clients in a timely manner

• Follow the routines and processes set up by the quality management program in compliance with the regulations

• Handling RX products in a responsible and accurate manner at our warehouse

• Ensure the safe and secure use of medicines by our customers

• Perform pharmaceutical control of orders prior to delivery

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times, mainly via phone calls and emails

• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

• Reporting discrepancies in accordance with the routine

• Participate in other tasks in the warehouse department

The person we are looking for

To be successful in this role we believe you are a service-minded person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter and have strong organizational skills and accuracy at work. Also, FirstVet is a fast-growing company and it is highly desirable to be solution-oriented and flexible.

Desired qualifications:

• Qualified pharmacist with at least 2+ years of work experience with prescription

• Previous experience working for a service similar to FirstVet, for example with distance trade e-commerce

• Experience working with Maxx vårdinfo is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish. Other languages are meritorious.

• Interest in new technology is always appreciated

We offer a part-time position based at our warehouse location in Arlandastad from June onwards with probationary employment for six months.
